Education starter kit
Make student feedback easier to use.
Start with one question about one part of the education experience. Use this kit for courses, campus services, events, or the moments students need help navigating.
Education feedback
Starter questions
- 01How clear and useful was this class or activity?
- 02What made it harder to get the help or service you needed?
- 03What should we improve for the next student experience?
Use the kit at the right moment
Make the feedback request fit the experience.
Choose one moment, ask one focused question, and give the team a clear owner for what happens after the response.
01 · After a class
Learn what helped learning
Ask about clarity, pace, support, or the part of a course students want explained differently.
02 · At a service point
Find campus friction
Use a QR near advising, dining, libraries, or another service to surface barriers while the visit is fresh.
03 · After an event
Carry the learning forward
Give students a short way to share what worked and what would improve the next event or activity.
How to run the survey
Keep the setup practical.
- Response scale
- Use a clear satisfaction or ease scale, and explain what the scale refers to. Avoid collecting unnecessary personal information in an open comment.
- Follow-up
- Assign feedback to the course, service, or event owner. Review themes with the relevant team and communicate what will change when appropriate.
- Next step
- Put the QR invitation where the moment happens, then review the response with its location and service context.
