Ask about the whole experience
Invite feedback about booking, wait time, consultation, communication, comfort, service details, and checkout. Keep clinical or personal information out of a general form, and make it clear where a client should direct a private service concern.
Give clients a natural prompt
Place a QR code at checkout, on a care card, or in a follow-up message. A short first question is easier to answer than a long questionnaire, especially when the client is leaving the appointment.
Make stylist context useful
If clients choose to identify a stylist or location, use that context to recognize patterns and support coaching. Do not turn an individual comment into a conclusion without considering the surrounding conversation and operational context.
Follow up with care
Route concerning feedback to someone who can respond thoughtfully. Acknowledge the experience, clarify what would help, and record the lesson so the team can improve the process rather than simply chase a rating.
Connect feedback to rebooking honestly
Feedback can reveal what makes a next appointment easier to plan, but it cannot promise retention. Use it alongside booking patterns and direct conversations to shape reminders, service notes, and follow-up.
