Start with the moment
Physical locations often need QR or kiosk workflows. Digital products may need in-product prompts. Research programs may need longer forms and controlled sampling.
Compare the path to a response
Look at how a person discovers the request, how much effort the answer requires, and whether the experience works on the device your audience uses.
Check operational fit
Evaluate alerts, location context, exports, permissions, integrations, and the steps a manager takes after a low response.
Understand the pricing unit
Compare plans by locations, users, responses, surveys, or features. The cheapest plan is not useful if it limits the workflow you need.
Test before committing
Create one real survey, place it in the real experience, submit a few test responses, and confirm the team can see and act on them.
